New Year initiatives for Crewkerne traders

From the Chard & Ilminster News, first published Saturday 12th Jan 2008.

TRADERS in Crewkerne have been reminded by business leaders that there are a number of initiatives running in the town in the early weeks of the new year.

The Crewkerne and District Chamber of Commerce has asked anyone interested about the project to get in touch.

Town centre traders are being asked to complete and return their rate rebate forms to Ken Gunn at Strawberry Fayre as soon as possible to allow the Chamber to send them off with a covering letter in a bid to gain maximum rebate.

The Chamber wants to know details of any sales promotions or offers local businesses are having for inclusion in its January edition, while traders are being told that the two hours free parking scheme for customers is to be continued.

The Chamber is also working in conjunction with local businesses and Crewkerne Town Council to launch a new cash draw, while the Crewkerne Business Directory for 2008 is nearing completion.

If you are a trader or business in Crewkerne and would like any further information then contact the Chamber via the link below.
