Serious assault off Redgate Street

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following an serious assault in Bridgwater last night.

A 21-year-old was assaulted at around 11pm by two men along Piggy Lane, off Redgate Street.

Two other men walking past disturbed the offenders and the police are particularly keen to speak to these two men or anyone else who witnessed the incident.
